Purchased a pair of patterned crocs for my toddler in the sale in January in advance ready for the better weather. The crocs haven’t even been in use for a month and the pattern just wipes off of them. Contacted the customer service who were not helpful at all, advised me that as it’s been over 90 days they will not replace the item. The price they charge, you’d expect them to last much longer than 90 days anyway and certainly a lot longer than a month! Purchased a very cheap supermarket version last year, quality was so much better than crocs for a fraction of the price and still plenty of life in them after 6 months of use. Would highly recommend you don’t purchase.
