One of the worst companies to deal with. Just take a look at the reviews here. I tried to place an order with crocs uk website, after approving the payment via my online banking app, the website randomly went straight back to the Home Screen, no order confirmation came through on email. Online chatting with the Crocs team is a waste of time. They’ll tell you that you have an order (you don’t) provide an order number and tell you to wait 48 hours. The order then fails… you repeat the process… you online chat with them daily to check what is going on… they tell you to wait, repeatedly. You’re waiting for nothing, the order hasn’t gone through, you won’t get the goods you’ve placed an order for and you’re wasting your time. Complaints - Apparently Crocs don’t have a complaints procedure according to their staff (which is illegal). I was advised to click on a random product on their website and write my complaint, including sensitive information falling under GDPR publically for all to see (madness). And surprise, even when you do this (minus the sensitive info) they don’t post it anyway. Allof the reviews on their site are reviewed and only go live ‘if’ the review is positive (also illegal). Their response via email is woeful… If you want a good customer experience, swerve Crocs like the plague. Shame because their product is so unique and good.
