I ordered a lovely bright pair of Crocs. They dispatched a very boring pebble coloured pair. I asked to return the item and to be sent the correct product that I had taken the time to order. They simply issued a refund. I informed the customer service team that I was unhappy and they told me they had done all they could and if I wanted a 20% of voucher and to re-order they can do no more than that. Missing the point totally that on 3 separate occasions my requests of them were ignored. I dont want another chance for them to get my order wrong.
