Unacceptable post-purchase service

After reaching out to the support team, I was informed that I could personally return 3 pairs of footwear totaling $108. Following the instructions from the security guard, I dropped off the package at their facility. I then emailed the representative who confirmed the return process to ensure that the team had received my parcel. Based on their guidance, I waited another 20 business days for the refund to show up on my card, but it never did. Now, I've been ignored with no responses to my emails over the past 10 days. Their online presence feels like a facade!
