Frustrating experience with support

After contacting the support team, I was told I could return 3 pairs of footwear totaling $108 in person. Following the security guard's instructions, I dropped off the package at their location. I then emailed the representative who confirmed the return process to check if they had received my package. Following their advice, I waited an additional 20 business days for my refund, but it never showed up. Now, I haven’t received any replies to my emails over the last 10 days. Their online presence feels very untrustworthy!

Order placed a month ago, still not delivered

I placed an order a month ago, and while it says it has shipped, it has yet to arrive. The contact options on the website are non-functional - the live chat is completely automated, lacking human interaction. The phone number goes unanswered, and the WhatsApp number isn't even registered. I've now resorted to emailing them, but I doubt I will get a reply. I am considering legal action to reclaim my money, as this situation is unacceptable.

Delayed shipment and full email inbox

I ordered some footwear from a certain platform. Seven days later, it still hasn't shipped. I attempted to email them, but many messages bounced back due to a full inbox. I called twice to confirm my address (a well-known hotel), but they were unable to assist. Overall, it has been a terrible customer experience. I may need to initiate a chargeback through my bank.

Quick resolution for size issue

I ordered some footwear a few days ago, but it arrived in the wrong size. Fortunately, once I reported the issue, they were prompt in assisting me with an exchange to get the correct size.

Quality issues with flip-flops

I purchased flip-flops, and they broke in two different places. This is the third time I’ve faced this issue. The company offered me 20% off my next purchase for the broken item. Do they really think I would buy from them again? The product is overpriced and of poor quality, and the customer service is lacking. They should simply replace my damaged flip-flops.

Issues at Vivo City store

Yesterday at a store, I paid for 6 items but found that only 5 were provided when I got home. The small item I paid for was missing. This was a disappointing shopping experience. Always check your items before leaving, or you might also be shortchanged. They also do not answer calls.
