I purchased flip-flops, and they broke in two different places. This is the third time I’ve faced this issue. The company offered me 20% off my next purchase for the broken item. Do they really think I would buy from them again? The product is overpriced and of poor quality, and the customer service is lacking. They should simply replace my damaged flip-flops.
