After contacting the support team, I was told I could return 3 pairs of footwear totaling $108 in person. Following the security guard's instructions, I dropped off the package at their location. I then emailed the representative who confirmed the return process to check if they had received my package. Following their advice, I waited an additional 20 business days for my refund, but it never showed up. Now, I haven’t received any replies to my emails over the last 10 days. Their online presence feels very untrustworthy!
