I have ordered from the Crocs website multiple times, and most of the time, my orders do not even go through properly. On the one occasion the order finally went through, I received a confirmation email and assumed everything was fine.
After waiting nearly 2 weeks, with my kids asking me almost every day where their Crocs were, I checked the order status myself and found it had been cancelled. I received no email, no notification, and no communication at all from Crocs about the cancellation.
When I contacted customer service, they were extremely arrogant, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. They claimed the order was cancelled due to a “billing issue,” which makes absolutely no sense because the money had already been deducted from my PayPal account.
So Crocs is happy to take payment, keep customers waiting, say nothing for weeks, and then quietly cancel the order and blame the customer. That is not a billing issue; that is terrible service and a terrible business practice.
This is honestly one of the worst online shopping experiences I have had. Between the failed orders, lack of communication, and rude customer service, this company seems completely disorganised.
At this rate, I genuinely do not see how this company can survive in the long term if this is how they treat paying customers.
