Melbourne Central store has the worst customer service. All 4 staff members completely ignored me , avoiding eye contact and chatting amongst themselves. Giving one star is even being generous.
Bought crocs size 12… left them on the veranda. By the next day, they’d shrunk to a size 9. Not fit for purpose. Quality has dropped to temu level junk. Apparently leaving your shoes in the sun voids the ‘warranty’. Total waste of money.
If I could give no stars, I would. I ordered well in advance for my daughter's only requested Christmas gift and spent over the advertised $100 for express guaranteed delivery. What a mistake that was; the status didn’t change at all by Christmas Eve. I eventually managed to get through to someone in the chat on the 27th, who assured me my order would arrive by December 29th—I even have a screenshot of this. However, the status still hadn’t changed by December 31st. I tried calling and was on hold for 45 minutes before being disconnected. The chat representative offered me a unique code for 50% off another order due to their failure to meet expectations, which I won’t be using. Today, January 1st, they simply refunded my money to the original payment method, with no email or explanation. BEWARE, this service needs to be shut down.
Terrible experience! BE WARNED NOT TO ORDER ONLINE! I placed my order in early December, and after 17 days, it still hadn’t shipped. I emailed but received no reply! The customer service is the worst! Then, 28 days later, I received an email stating my order was canceled without any explanation! Thankfully, I ordered from another seller when I realized my item wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas! I will NEVER ORDER AGAIN! This website should be shut down! BEWARE OF THIS SITE!
This service is truly frustrating; I had to cover the cost of my own return. Now, I’ve been waiting over 40 days for my refund. I called customer support and waited for an hour without any response, so I gave up. I also sent three emails and received no replies. I believe regulatory authorities should intervene to ensure they learn from this situation.
Unbelievable customer service. I've been on hold for two hours with no response. I ordered two pairs, entered the correct address, but after using PayPal, it changed to my old address. I contacted the AI support, which was useless, and they told me to reach out to the carrier or initiate a refund. When I tried to do that, the AI said I had to wait for delivery, send it back, and then I could get a refund! How does that make sense? I emailed customer support but have received no response in 24 hours. The item has shipped, and the carrier informed me it needs to be redirected by the sender. I'm still on hold and it's been over two hours. Do not order online; it's better to shop in-store.
Completely useless! If I could give zero stars, I would. The website claims orders arrive in 3-6 business days, but I placed mine on 11/12 as a Christmas gift. I emailed on 19/12 with no response. I finally got through to someone via chat on 23/12, but all I got were generic replies. When I asked about processing time, I was told it could take up to 7 business days to ship and then another 5-7 days in transit, which contradicts their stated delivery times. I tried to cancel my order, but they ignored my request, saying it couldn't be canceled since it hadn't been processed.
ORDER CANCELED TWICE WITHOUT EXPLANATION! I placed my first order on 13/11 for my daughter’s birthday in December. Initially, I received an email saying my order was being processed, then nothing until 6/12 when I got an email saying it was canceled without any notice! I placed a second order and received the same initial email, but after contacting customer service, I was assured it was being processed. Then, on 19/12, I received another cancellation email! What am I supposed to do now? No explanation, no notice! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!
I just discovered my order was canceled. I ordered on December 1st and it took them 16 days to inform me there was no stock available. I hope they refund the full amount, including shipping. Based on these reviews, dealing with this company seems problematic.
