I ordered 18 bags of soil improver, but after 10 days, there’s still no sign of delivery. The tracking indicates the products are still with the courier since December 1st. I called to cancel, but there was no follow-up from the company regarding the courier. The representative informed me that they needed to contact the courier before issuing a refund, despite confirming the products were still with them. This is unacceptable; my contract is with the company, and the goods are clearly still with the courier. Unfortunately, the representative could only express sympathy for my frustration. Companies that empower their staff can recover from service failures, but that wasn’t the case here. This will be my last purchase from this company, as there are plenty of other suppliers that value good business practices.
