Consistent Quality Over the Years

I've been purchasing from this company for many years, and while they may be slightly pricier than others, the plants I receive are consistently vibrant and healthy. If visiting a garden center isn't feasible, this is the best option for online plant shopping.

No Delivery and Awaiting Refund

I ordered 18 bags of soil improver, but after 10 days, there’s still no sign of delivery. The tracking indicates the products are still with the courier since December 1st. I called to cancel, but there was no follow-up from the company regarding the courier. The representative informed me that they needed to contact the courier before issuing a refund, despite confirming the products were still with them. This is unacceptable; my contract is with the company, and the goods are clearly still with the courier. Unfortunately, the representative could only express sympathy for my frustration. Companies that empower their staff can recover from service failures, but that wasn’t the case here. This will be my last purchase from this company, as there are plenty of other suppliers that value good business practices.

Delivery Information Is Unreliable

I ordered 18 bags of soil improver with a promised delivery of 2-3 days. However, the tracking information shows the products are still at the hub, and I've received no updates on the delivery date. It's frustrating that companies struggle to follow up with their subcontractors after receiving payment.

Disappointed with the Cyclamen

I was a bit let down by the cyclamen I received. There were no flowers, and most needed to be deadheaded, making them less than ideal for my patio pots.

Menu Needs Improvement

The prices are excessively high, and the lunch menu is so unappealing that many diners were leaving. There were no small lunch options, just large meals, and no sandwiches, paninis, or jacket potatoes. It used to be busy, but it was quite empty during my visit.
