I purchased a laptop and phones from a retailer four months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The laptop required multiple installations, but neither the retailer nor the manufacturer has provided any proper support. Customer service is appalling—completely unresponsive, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. Despite numerous promises, no technician has effectively resolved my issues. It feels like the retailer only cares about taking your money, then leaves you with faulty products and zero after-sales service.
