Extremely Disappointed with My Purchase Experience

I purchased a laptop and phones from a retailer four months ago, and it has been a nightmare ever since. The laptop required multiple installations, but neither the retailer nor the manufacturer has provided any proper support. Customer service is appalling—completely unresponsive, dismissive, and utterly unprofessional. Despite numerous promises, no technician has effectively resolved my issues. It feels like the retailer only cares about taking your money, then leaves you with faulty products and zero after-sales service. The entire experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. This retailer should be avoided at all costs; their service is inadequate, and their support is nonexistent. I regret choosing them and urge others to steer clear of this so-called trusted seller.

Dissatisfied with the AC service

I have an AC purchased from a store. In April, I complained that it wasn't cooling effectively. The technician fixed it temporarily, but the issue returned after a week. I complained again, and the technician only inspected the problem. I was promised a visit from a 'senior technician,' but no one has come. After multiple calls, I still have no answers. This service is disappointing; even a roadside store handles customer complaints better.

Unreliable delivery and service, avoid this retailer

I bought multiple home appliances from a store. The staff provided the worst possible service, failing to deliver even after committing to a date three weeks after placing the order. I am now chasing them, and no one from the store is responding to my calls or messages. After a lengthy call with customer service, I learned they cannot commit to a delivery date, cannot cancel the order, and cannot issue a refund. I feel trapped and hope they will eventually fulfill their commitment.
