Delivery of Damaged Refrigerator

I ordered a new refrigerator online on November 17th, and it was delivered on November 25th. The technician reported a dent on the left side during unboxing. Despite countless requests for action from the company, nothing was done after I registered my complaint. Ultimately, I had to accept the damaged unit, which was installed on December 5th. Thank you for this unpleasant experience, and I hope it improves in the future.
