Unfortunately there is no 0 star rating as the service is soooo pathetic. I bought a window ac from croma online which is pending installation for over a week. Their customer service executives say the same ' SORRY FOR THE INCONVENIENCE SIR...PLEASE WAIT FOR 24 TO 48 HOURS.....WE WILL ESCALATE THE ISSUE AND GET IT RESOLVED'....
They really test our patience.
Even my request for 'return of product' was changed by their customer service team themselves to 'installation and demo' request.
Still I am not sure how the product is, So cannot review the product. Hope atleast the AC works well after installation (If installation is done at all).
I bought a TV from Croma Guwahati, Sixmile. It needs repairing as the display has some problem. I contacted many times, no resolution, service needs to be improved. I think it’s tata brand, and people needs to give that value to customers.
Never buy anything from croma such a bad experience I had never seen before.We puchared a gas stove from croma and that was a defective product.And I was taking follow up with them almost 3 to 4 month.After four months they gave us a new gas stove and from that time to till date it's almost 1 and half month I am waiting to installation of it.Very worst experience from them
I ordered a pair of earbuds from the Croma online store, but the delivery never arrived. When I finally called customer support, they casually told me the order would be cancelled and refunded because they have "no stock."
However, I just checked the website again, and the exact same product is STILL listed as "In Stock" and available for purchase.
This feels like a scam to collect payments and hold onto customers' money interest-free. If you don't have the item, why are you still accepting orders? Now I am stuck chasing them for a refund while they continue to trick other buyers. Do not order online from them; you likely won't get your product or your money back on time.
Extremely poor support experience. I have been calling daily regarding my refrigerator service, but not a single technician has reached out, and there has been no response from the support team. I recommend avoiding this brand if you expect reliable service.

The technician noted a dent during unboxing, but despite numerous requests for help from the company, no action was taken. I ended up accepting the damaged unit, which was installed on December 5th. Thank you for this frustrating experience, and I hope it improves moving forward.
Terrible experience — Lack of support, defective product, and zero accountability. I bought a speaker from the company, and it doesn't function properly. I requested a demonstration and installation assistance to learn how to set it up, but surprisingly, there is no customer support from the company. No technician visit, no demo, and not even a proper call support system to address issues. Once the product is sold, the company completely distances itself. For a premium product, this service level is unacceptable. I've never encountered such neglectful after-sales service. My sincere advice: Avoid purchasing this product or anything from the company. If something goes wrong, you will be left without support. The company truly needs to understand what customer service entails.
