Complaint Regarding Wrong Product Issued – Invoice No: SLA170378482749
I am writing to report an issue regarding a purchase made yesterday at the Croma store in Kukatpally.
We visited the store to purchase an Oppo K13 mobile phone with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. We clearly informed the salesperson about the required specification and even showed a screenshot from the internet confirming the Oppo K13 (8GB RAM, 256GB storage) model.
However, the salesperson provided us with Oppo K13 with only 8GB RAM and 128GB storage, which was not the model we requested. We later realized that the product given to us does not match the specification we asked for.
As per Croma’s usual process, the salesperson should inform the customer about the product specifications before opening the box. In this case, the salesperson did not inform us that the device was 128GB storage, and the box was opened without confirming the correct variant.
Later we came to know that the Oppo K13 (8GB RAM, 256GB storage) model was not available in the store. This information was not communicated to us before the product was opened and billed.
When we raised this concern with the store staff, they offered headphones as compensation, but this is not an appropriate solution to the issue.
My humble request is that Croma should investigate this matter and take appropriate action regarding the behavior of the salesperson and the store manager, and kindly provide a proper resolution for this issue.
