If I could give a zero rating I would!My order was accepted and paid for in December but regardless of asking the Crooks for updates on my order since that time nothing has arrived.Contrary to an email sent a week ago by the crooks that stated that my order had been shipped, the Crooks have NOT shipped my order according to the Shop app and further, the crooks will not issue a refund even though it’s them that have failed to comply with their own T&Cs of business.Trading standards will be contacted
