I placed an order on October 13. It is now November 24. I received an order confirmation, and they have taken my money. However, they have not provided me any shipping details, and the items are still not picked.Customer service takes WEEKS to respond. Once they did, they said they "moved their factory" and they cannot specify a time that they will ship. They also mentioned that they cannot guarantee that the items are still in stock, and if they are no longer in stock they will issue me store credit. What makes them think I want store credit anyways after this terrible experience.This is by far the worst online shopping experience I have ever had. They keep bombarding me with new promotions, that I would likely purchase if I would have gotten my original order! I am worried that this company is going under and that they're scrambling. Is there anywhere I can go to get my money back and report this as fraudulent?What a way to blow up an originally decent brand...
