This service needs to be investigated and possibly shut down for fraudulent practices. They took my money and failed to deliver the package. I ordered two items intended as gifts for my husband on 12/2. Almost a month has passed, and they still haven't arrived, with the holiday now over. I have reached out to their support team three times in the past week, but I have yet to receive any response. This poor excuse for a business should be ashamed of their operations. I have reported them to the appropriate authorities and intend to dispute the charge with my bank.
