Horrible AI customer service. I ordered for Christmas and it came January 19th. Didn’t look at all like the pictures. The only way to get a full refund was to send it back to China with a tracking number. Way too expensive. I would NEVER order from them again!

I placed an order with this company for a Christmas present for my husband on 10/10/25. I found the company through an Instagram advertisement. There were repeated delays in the shipment with no clear tracking information available for several months until sundenly I received a notification on 12/7/25 the package had been delivered to my home. I work from home and my office desk faces out to the ground floor window directly to my front porch. I do not miss deliveries and did not see anyone approach my house. I immediately notified the company there was an error and was told to wait 24-48hours as sometimes tracking will indicate delivered before it actually is. (?) I then reached out several times throughout the month with no response from the company, who later claimed their emails had been down the last few weeks of December. (They are a retail company who didn’t have their email up during the busiest shopping weeks of the year?) when they finally did respond after several attempts to contact them they sent me a Chinese document that contains no proof of a delivery (no pictures) but says it was delivered. They considered the issue resolved and has never responded to me again or issued a refund for a product never delivered. This business is a sham!

Severely disappointed with my order

I ordered three sweaters well in advance of the holiday season, and I still haven't received them. According to the tracking information, they have been stuck at a facility for over a week. Additionally, they assert that the products are made in the US, which is completely untrue; they were shipped from another country! They also state that inquiries will be answered within two days, but it took three weeks for me to get a response. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.

It seems I'm not alone in my frustrations. I placed an order over a month ago for holiday gifts and still haven't received anything. I reached out to the support team using the contact email provided on this platform, but after four days, I still haven't heard back. It appears the product quality may be lacking, and the return process looks complicated. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll ever see a refund, assuming I even receive my order. A valuable lesson learned.

Frustrating experience with sweater order

I purchased 2 sweaters for different individuals, but the one intended for my husband is too small. I've reached out via email three times to arrange an exchange, and I'm still within the return period. To make matters worse, I placed the order on Thanksgiving, and it only arrived on 12/19. I sent my first email on 12/26, yet I haven't received any replies regarding the exchange. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. This service has been disappointing! BE CAUTIOUS!

This service needs to be investigated and possibly shut down for fraudulent practices. They took my money and failed to deliver the package. I ordered two items intended as gifts for my husband on 12/2. Almost a month has passed, and they still haven't arrived, with the holiday now over. I have reached out to their support team three times in the past week, but I have yet to receive any response. This poor excuse for a business should be ashamed of their operations. I have reported them to the appropriate authorities and intend to dispute the charge with my bank.

Lack of communication and updates on my order

It has been over 2.5 weeks since I placed my order, and I have received no updates, just an automated email! Tracking shows 'Info. Received' and 'Parcel Data Received' since December 10th, and now it's the 24th! The automated response promised a reply within 48 hours, and the website states a 24-hour response time. Four days have passed, and I haven't heard anything. This is extremely unprofessional, and I am very dissatisfied with the lack of communication and updates.

Extremely disappointed with my experience.

I rarely write online reviews, but my experience warrants a 0-star rating. It took 4 weeks for my order to arrive. The clothes didn't fit, and now I find myself spending more on shipping than the actual cost of the items. This company is truly disappointing. It's concerning that major platforms promote them without recognizing their poor business practices.
