I purchased 2 sweaters for different individuals, but the one intended for my husband is too small. I've reached out via email three times to arrange an exchange, and I'm still within the return period. To make matters worse, I placed the order on Thanksgiving, and it only arrived on 12/19. I sent my first email on 12/26, yet I haven't received any replies regarding the exchange. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand. This service has been disappointing! BE CAUTIOUS!
