I'll keep this short and sweet. I am a small business applying for a PPP loan via Cross River Bank. I recently checked on my application to see that the application was denied. No reason given. So I sent an email to the address from the website. It was kicked back: "The format of the email address isn't correct." So much for that. At any right, I'm at a loss at what to do, and more specifically, how I reach someone from the bank. I don't mind correcting the application, but I can't do that if I can't contact the bank.
