I was invited to a project, completed all tests, and submitted my ID correctly. Yet, my ID status was never updated. For over a year, I only received automated replies from the support team that closed my tickets without actual help. Even when I responded within the supposed 72-hour window, I only got automated messages saying the issue was resolved. After more than a year of inaction, I received an email stating that the project had expired due to unresponsiveness. This is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful.
