It's a complete scam and a significant waste of time! They kept urging me over the holidays to complete their detailed quizzes, onboarding, and training sessions, only to discover that there are no actual projects or work available. I regret wasting my valuable time, unpaid hours, and sharing personal information. Avoid them at all costs, even for a moment! Very frustrating.
I waited about 5 weeks for the onboarding email after completing several qualification steps, only to be ignored. When I contacted the support team earlier, they said to just wait, but nothing changed. Instead, I received an automated email saying I was no longer eligible for a project I didn’t even apply to. This was very unprofessional and a complete waste of time!

I was invited to a project, completed all tests, and submitted my ID correctly. Yet, my ID status was never updated. For over a year, I only received automated replies from the support team that closed my tickets without actual help. Even when I responded within the supposed 72-hour window, I only got automated messages saying the issue was resolved. After more than a year of inaction, I received an email stating that the project had expired due to unresponsiveness. This is absolutely unacceptable and disrespectful.
They didn’t assign me any new projects for months, then suddenly emailed me saying I violated community standards (which ones?) and would deactivate my account without explaining the violation. I appealed, and after over three months, I received a standard reply confirming their decision without any explanation. Disgraceful behavior and a total lack of professionalism.
