I have been signed up with Appen for two years. I was never selected for any jobs. Now that they have started CrowdGen I was pretty excited to have new opportunites to do some work for additional money. I am unable to set up my "payments" because their pop up says my number is associated with another account. Without being able to set up my payments, I cannot move forward with completing projects. I have submitted help desk tickets twice (one in late September and again yesterday) with no response. Frustrated. I just want an opportunity to make a little extra money.
