In their reply to my review (TWO weeks ago) they told me they would have my account permanently self excluded immediately. Wanna know what’s funny? I am STILL not self excluded. Since my review I have still had to send over 30+ emails to both their support email and VIP email and of course….NO RESPONSE. I’m completely ignored.
