This platform is untrustworthy...I deposited $30 and received 30 free spins, which helped me grow my account to $130. However, when I accessed it today, my balance was at $0.00. I contacted the support team and was informed that my 'bonus time' had expired, resulting in the removal of my funds! They claimed I had received a $30 bonus and 100 free spins, which is not true! So below this message is my original review which they deleted off this website. Pathetic. In their reply to my review (TWO weeks ago) they told me they would have my account permanently self excluded immediately. Wanna know what’s funny? I am STILL not self excluded. I have STILL been emailing and quite literally begging to have my account permanently closed. Since my review I have still had to send over 30+ emails to both their support email and VIP email and of course….NO RESPONSE. I’m completely ignored. Been playing on this site for months..down 1000s of dollars..but of course it is just luck to get rhe same outcomes 1000s of times with very very little return to player..many many of the slots will magically close or lose connection after 100s of spins with nothing just to reset the script..I find it very strange that you can open 100 slots and not get a feature once in your first 30 spins on every slot. Good things about this casino are higher max bet on table games and relatively fast verification.Bad are : not mobile friendly, the site keep crashing and the live chat option not working properly on mobile phone. I DID. atleast 3 times.... and they all came back saying they want to make my experience better, what can they do... doesnt give me any options to close the account, after I repeatedly told them that i have emailed multiple times requesting to remove all my info and delete it. .
