I had previously purchased two vehicles from the dealership with a positive experience. However, my recent attempt to part exchange in November was dreadful. The offer for my vehicle was lowered for a fault that it didn’t even have! They might as well have deducted for tires that would need replacing in 10,000 miles! The Sales Manager was condescending and clearly thought I was uninformed. I will not be returning to this dealer.
