Ok so here goes, follow up to my last experience. I received a telephone call today from the Sales Director Mr Elloitt, whom seemed rather annoyed at my last post!! Simple answer to that is, return my vehicle to the condition it went in! Not as he stated "to your standards" it's not about my standards it's about Good Customer relations and correcting what you created. I have a meeting booked for Thursday 5 June. Let's see how that goes!
