Why are we funding services that simply do not exist? I rely on assisted bin collection, yet the local council does everything possible to avoid helping. They've replaced individual bins with communal ones located 500 meters away, which I cannot reach. Although I received help from a local representative to get a bin, they insist I should use a community bin that is padlocked. Despite sending photos as proof, the collection service has been inconsistent and eventually stopped altogether. It raises the question: why are we paying for services that aren't provided?
