I don't understand all these bad reviews unless they are from their competitors. My wife and I have used cruise,com for many years and ALWAYS, I repeat ALWAYS, have gotten 100% great deals, great customer service, and awesome advise as the PREMIER travel agegency that rules the cruise industry. We have cruised for over 40 years now and hands down I would never even consider anyone else! In fact, I made my final payment on my Dec. 2 cruise today with Cheryl Ann Elie and she was so nice, saved us an extra 150 bucks, and spent a full 5 minutes giving us extra tips on how to get specialty coffees on the house. She is the bomb and also gave us an extra $50 on board credit! It is not only a pleasure to have Cruise.com agent booking our cruise but a necessity.
