We had a very similar experience to the previous reviewer in Port Everglades. We were also unable to get to the published address because of construction. We finally located a seemingly random young woman parked by the closed gate, who approached our car and input the new address in my phone nav, saying the published lot was being resurfaced. The new lot was barely controlled chaos, but we got a shuttle quickly, and the driver was experienced and got around traffic as quickly as possible.Upon returning, we waited at the pick up area we were told, and asked several unmarked transportation vans if they were from cruiseparking, but we were not picked up. After 45 min. we called the number, but had to leave a message with our exact location, and asking to be picked up. We called an additional three times over the next 45 min. without an answer or callback. We finally had to take a taxi to the lot, so, had an additional expense. There we found that they use FLL Transportation, which had gone through port pick up several times, but didn’t match any information we had, so we didn’t flag it down. Had they answered the phone, or called us back during the hour and a half we were waiting, it could have easily been avoided.Pick up was quick. After we complained, attendant tried to say someone was always in the office answering the phone, but that sure wasn’t our experience. The car was fine, although very dusty and dirty from the busy gravel lot.Just be aware that if any problems arise, you’ll be on your own.
