What a joke! Made a reservation for 9:30 on 03/22/26 for cruise out of Miami. Stood in line for over

What a joke! Made a reservation for 9:30 on 03/22/26 for cruise out of Miami. Stood in line for over 2 hours. No communication as to what the issue was and ended up waiting another hour for an Uber. During which time the shuttle finally showed up to take 15 people meanwhile over 100 were waiting and more people kept coming. Shuttle took others ahead of those who had been waiting for hours. 03/29/2026 returned to cruise terminal and called multiple times to try and figure out where to meet said return shuttle. No answer. Had to book a Lyft to get back to parking garage. Lines at parking garage again for people waiting with no shuttles. Very poorly ran operation. Book at your own risk. They do not reimburse for Lyft or Uber.

difficult app to use

This parking app came up in my search for "parking near me", as I applied for a parking spot it managed to provide parking at a different port from what I required - day of trip.

Another bad experience at Port Everglades

We had a very similar experience to the previous reviewer in Port Everglades. We were also unable to get to the published address because of construction. We finally located a seemingly random young woman parked by the closed gate, who approached our car and input the new address in my phone nav, saying the published lot was being resurfaced. The new lot was barely controlled chaos, but we got a shuttle quickly, and the driver was experienced and got around traffic as quickly as possible.Upon returning, we waited at the pick up area we were told, and asked several unmarked transportation vans if they were from cruiseparking, but we were not picked up. After 45 min. we called the number, but had to leave a message with our exact location, and asking to be picked up. We called an additional three times over the next 45 min. without an answer or callback. We finally had to take a taxi to the lot, so, had an additional expense. There we found that they use FLL Transportation, which had gone through port pick up several times, but didn’t match any information we had, so we didn’t flag it down. Had they answered the phone, or called us back during the hour and a half we were waiting, it could have easily been avoided.Pick up was quick. After we complained, attendant tried to say someone was always in the office answering the phone, but that sure wasn’t our experience. The car was fine, although very dusty and dirty from the busy gravel lot.Just be aware that if any problems arise, you’ll be on your own.

Using cruiseparking.com cost us plenty!

We booked parking at a private garage that we thought was near the cruise terminal in Baltimore. Importantly, we wanted to SAVE MONEY. The distance indicated on the cruiseparking.com website indicated it was 0.3 miles from the cruise. (They have since corrected it to 4.4 miles, but our Ubers took longer than that.) When we arrived, the reader at the gate did not recognize CP's QR code, and we had drivers behind us so we took a ticket and hoped for the best. Nope, when we returned we had to pay at a pay machine (because the machine also didn't take the QR code), and we didn't get a receipt. After a long delay, the customer support team at CP decided to reimburse us their $94.00 charge. But the parking lot ticket cost us just under $200. Add that to the long Uber rides, and we would have been better off to park at the terminal. Be VERY, VERY careful, if you choose to do business with CP, to get a good lot that is responsible. For me, I won't be using cruiseparking.com again.0

Our recent experience with CruiseParking.com at FT Port Everglades was very disappointing.

Our recent experience with CruiseParking.com at FT Port Everglades was very disappointing. The parking lot was located in an active construction zone, which made it difficult for GPS to locate. We had to call for specific directions just to find the lot. While the shuttle to the cruise ship went smoothly, the return experience was frustrating. After our cruise, we called for pickup and waited approximately 90 minutes for the shuttle. We were with a group of other passengers, many of whom made multiple calls during that time. When we were finally picked up, we were told the delay was because we were waiting in the wrong pickup area. However, during my initial call, I clearly explained that the Caribbean Princess had docked at a different slip. Unfortunately, the driver was unaware of this.To make matters worse, when we returned to the lot, our friends discovered a flat tire on their vehicle and ended up waiting four hours for AAA assistance.Overall, the return logistics and communication were very poor and created unnecessary stress at the end of what had otherwise been a great trip.
