Last year, I used a different service that allowed scanning a tag to immediately locate the dogs, but now that’s only available through a subscription! I feel deceived by this company for the second time, which undermines my trust in them. Additionally, the email code system is absurd! Every time I attempt it, it takes over an hour to receive the code! This is crucial when a dog is missing. I've raised this issue before, but it seems to go unheard. Why not implement an app feature with a personal pin code instead? I am quite frustrated with this company and their questionable practices.
