Well ive reported them to watch dog. Let's see if there up and running in 6 months. Disgusting behaviour.
SCAM ALERT! My older parent got this for her granddog. I started the setup only to discover at the end it was a subscription based service. Once I found this out, I stopped the process, not agreeing to their terms and conditions, yet my personal information is attached and visible (since I won’t pay for their service) when the QR code is scanned, along with my pet’s info. This puts me at risk and there is no option to delete the profile. No number to contact anyone at this company. And emails sent to have the information removed have gone with no response, when others sent about the tag itself were promptly replied to. Do yourself a favor and find other means to track your pet.
Ordered a tag for my daughters fur baby and when she registered the tag it automatically started taking payment from the card I purchased it with for premium. We didn’t authorise it. No wonder they offer a free tag and just pay postage, this is where they make their money
Very sneaky operation. It's disguised that you are signing up for a subscription service. If you sign up it then becomes impossible to cancel.
I've had to resort to advising my bank for cashback. I've also reported it as fraud to them.

As with previous reviews on here, I thought I was getting the free tag and that was the end of it but no, somehow they have managed to get payments out of me via PayPal and I cannot figure out how they did this as I am very internet savvy.
Trying to cancel this subscription seems to be a nightmare, all kinds of little hoops to jump through and no real support. They won't be getting any more money as I have cancelled the PayPal recurring payment.
Be very careful and check every single, small thing that is on the website AND the app.
This is a SCAM! They say it’s a free tag, bombard you with emails of fear mongering statistics, and then bill you with subscriptions you never agree to!!!! Stick to good old fashion engraved tags, this promises barely anything more
This is a cash grab, plain and simple.
I paid $10 in postage to ship a tag that could have been sent as a standard letter. After activating what was advertised as a free tag, charges began without clear consent.
When attempting to cancel, the process is intentionally obstructive.
This combination of unnecessary shipping fees, post activation charges, and artificial friction to cancel strongly suggests a deliberately misleading business practice rather than an oversight.
Regrettably, I need to explore other options. Initially, I was misled, and a representative contacted me to offer free lifetime services for my pets. However, that feature now seems to have been removed from my account! Last year, I used a different service that allowed scanning a tag to immediately locate the dogs, but now that’s only available through a subscription! I feel deceived by this company for the second time, which undermines my trust in them. Additionally, the email code system is absurd! Every time I attempt it, it takes over an hour to receive the code! This is crucial when a dog is missing. I've raised this issue before, but it seems to go unheard. Why not implement an app feature with a personal pin code instead? I am quite frustrated with this company and their questionable practices.
I haven't had to use it yet, thankfully, but I believe it's a fantastic app to have. We’re currently using the free version, which is great, but the paid option seems to offer many additional benefits. I reached out to the support team after setup because I mistakenly entered the date of birth in years instead of months, but they quickly resolved it upon my request. Most information can be updated directly in the app. I hope I won’t need to use it, but I'm relieved to have it ready just in case!
