I've ordered cookies for delivery many times in another state, and they were always excellent. However, when I tried to order birthday cookies for a friend in Dallas, I was let down. The order was picked up by a delivery service, but I received a message stating it was delivered when it wasn't. I contacted the driver with no response, and despite my complaints to the company, they claimed it was out of their hands once picked up. I was charged for delivery and a tip for a service that failed to deliver. It's frustrating because I love the product, but the customer service is lacking. I reached out for help but ended up with no resolution, leading me to close my account and delete the app.
