This company can go blow. Don't even bother wasting your time dealing with Crunch fitness on Collier Parkway in Land O Lakes. I did everything right to cancel membership. THEY made a error, kept charging me for 3 months then did NOTHING to resolve. Can't even talk to a manager. This location is a joke. They screwed my son as well. I am reporting them to BBB as well as reviewing sites. STAY AWAY
