We ordered the monthly crunch lab kits for our 2 kids and we wound up getting skipped for April and then the wrong kits arrived in May. I contacted customer service and they kindly sent the correct Crunch Labs and allowed us to keep the incorrect ones to use or gift to someone else. Unfortunately this mistake happened again but Customer Service was quick to correct the error and was very apologetic.No harm done - we've received all of the labs so far and have had extras to give to friends :)
