The customer support has been lacking. After ordering the Build Boxes for several years, we decided to upgrade to the Hack Pack this year. Unfortunately, the first Hack Pack doesn't work, and the instructions for the coding interface are minimal. I've reached out multiple times for assistance, only to be told that a representative named Bill will respond. It seems there's only one person addressing these issues, and he must be overwhelmed with all the malfunctioning Hack Packs.
