I came to Crutchfield to order a couple speakers for my car. This is the second time I’ve attempted to purchase a product from Crutchfield and install it myself. Just like the first time I attempted to use Crutchfield, I didn’t have quite the experience I was looking for. When I went to the website, I type in my make and model of my car, and when it displayed the speakers that were to go with it, I clicked on the one I liked and purchased it. They were 6 1/2 speakers for the back deck of my Maxima, only to find out that I needed 6 x 9. Why would that speaker pop up to order when it’s not the correct speaker that I needed. The first time I used Crutchfield almost 5 years ago, I purchased some rear deck speakers for my Maxima, only to find out that there was something wrong with the speakers themselves. I had waited months after ordering it to install, and by the time I did install the speakers, it was too late to return. Such a disappointment.
