When I came across the clothes I was curious to try it out so I had purchased 3 dresses and paid for express delivery which advises on the website 3-5 days, made the purchase on the 27/10/24 and on the 31/10/24 I hadn’t had any update on progress of delivery which I then emailed the help email address advised on the website. I was shortly contacted by Emily from customer service who was great with communication and assisting with the situation, she provided a refund for express shipping and explained as there was a delay with the items I had ordered due to popular demand, (which I would have been more understanding if I were advised of the delay shortly after placing the order). Also due to the inconvenience I was offered a free bodysuit as a goodwill gesture. I was glad with how the situation was now progressing and starting to turn around with the communication, understanding and care I had received from Emily. I received x1 of my x2 order's (a week and 3days after placing my order) which was supposed to inclose 2 dresses that I had ordered (slip midi and crew neck midi) and only 1 was in the package I addressed this issue with Emily which she had advised that she didn’t want to delay everything even further so she asked that whatever was in stock to be delivered. I finally received the last 2 dresses and bodysuit (2 weeks after placing my order, which isn’t that long of a wait to be honest) so here’s my review on the items The long sleeve midi - I must say is amazing, the breast padding is the right size (not too small or overly large), the dress fabric feels nice and soft, very comfortable on, smooths out your body nicely and easy to put on very happy with this particular dress. 10/10 The crew neck midi - I feel the same about this dress as I do with the long sleeve dress. except for the breast pads feel a bit small and the fact that I feel it is a tad too short (although I am quite tall) but still do-able 9/10The full snatched shapewear body suit - I am extremely happy with is item as I feel it does what it’s supposed to do. The fabric is soft and very snatching yet comfortable. The only let down is not exactly easy for bathroom breaks as no slit. Which over 1 evening out will get annoying 8/10 The slip on midi - this dress just didn’t work right for me, the dress refused to sit properly, which was making the fabric under the seams at the top of the dress fold/bodge making it obvious that there was issues with the lining, no matter how hard I tried re-adjusting it. The fabric wasn’t the same as the other 2 dresses which was disappointing (I could have just gotten a dud one). I did email Emily advising of the issues with the dress and she was happy to assist me in getting a replacement. To conclude, yes I did have some hiccups but the communication, the care and understanding changed the experience. Overall happy with the items I received and the absolutely amazing support from Emily. I don’t regret my purchases although as an obviously new business there is some things that will need to be worked on but they are truly trying which is why I gave a 5 star review.
