After a month of constant communication and delivery updates via email, I received no direct contact from the logistics provider to confirm my availability or verify the address. I feel cheated! They charged me without fulfilling my order. I strongly advise against placing an order. This feels like a scam.

Subsequent emails offered me a 50% refund to keep the dress, then 75%, but warned that returning it would take weeks due to inspection. I feel misled by their website and would not have ordered if I'd known this. I'm now warning others and still want to return the dress for a refund, though I'm worried about the process.
