Today, five days after the purchase and without hearing back from support they completed my purchase. I would still avoid because there's much more responsive and quick crypto OnRamps but they did eventually complete the purchase by sending the Solana.
I was charged twice for crypto when the page froze during my order. My bank account reflects two charges. I reached out to rectify this three times, but I was promised a response and never heard back from the support team. Essentially, they can charge your bank account twice without refunding your money or crediting your account with the crypto. I will not use this service again and advise others to seek alternative options for purchasing crypto, as this feels like theft by the company.
