We scheduled a cleaning service, but despite numerous follow-up calls, we were notified at the last moment that the cleaners would not arrive. This lack of communication is extremely unprofessional and could have been addressed much sooner. Even though an advance payment was made promptly, there has been no response or refund despite multiple requests. This has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I would strongly caution others against using this service.
