We arranged a cleaning service, but even after several follow-up calls, we were informed at the last minute that the cleaners would not be coming. This level of communication is very unprofessional and should have been addressed much earlier. Although an advance payment was made quickly, there has been no response or refund despite numerous requests. This has been a very unsatisfactory experience, and I would advise others to avoid this service.

I utilized their service in November 2024 and they stole from me. I have sent several emails requesting the return of a cherished item given to me by a now-deceased elderly person, but they keep denying it. I live alone and still miss that item dearly. Additionally, they left the toilet lids up and the area behind them was very dirty. The bathtub was not cleaned properly either. However, the floors were spotless, yet my precious item was gone. They also left my front door open, which is concerning as I have a pet. For the amount paid, I feel completely taken advantage of.
The service did not uphold their longstanding commitment to start our cleans at 8am on Tuesday mornings. They began pushing the start time later without any proactive communication about the delays, hiding behind a '4-hour window' policy. When a commitment is made for an 8am start, a 10am arrival is unacceptable, especially when we've scheduled our work around their service. I consider this breach of commitment to be dishonest, and we decided to terminate their service and would not recommend them.
The cleaning team conducted a very thorough deep clean at a property we manage, and we were thoroughly satisfied. They arrived with all necessary tools and worked diligently, moving items in cupboards to ensure everything was cleaned and then replacing everything correctly. I would not hesitate to recommend them for deep cleaning services.
I am very pleased with the service I received. The process from inquiry to booking confirmation and the cleaning itself was seamless. The staff were highly professional. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Thank you for the excellent service.
Our company recently engaged this cleaning service, and the experience was appalling. They used the same mops for cleaning desks and computers as they did for toilets, which was utterly disgusting. We had to hire another service to disinfect everything. When we raised our concerns with management, the response was rude and dismissive. They operate more like a mafia than a professional cleaning service. Avoid them at all costs!
