I utilized their service in November 2024 and they stole from me. I have sent several emails requesting the return of a cherished item given to me by a now-deceased elderly person, but they keep denying it. I live alone and still miss that item dearly. Additionally, they left the toilet lids up and the area behind them was very dirty. The bathtub was not cleaned properly either. However, the floors were spotless, yet my precious item was gone. They also left my front door open, which is concerning as I have a pet. For the amount paid, I feel completely taken advantage of.
