I am currently experiencing a prolonged billing issue with Crystal Cruises involving a duplicate charge of $1,851.25.The original charge was refunded; however, the same amount was subsequently recharged to a different credit card and has not been refunded. Although Crystal Cruises informed my bank that a refund had been processed, my bank confirmed that the refund applied only to the original card and not to the second charge.It has now been over one month of repeated assurances that the matter is being reviewed or processed, yet no refund has been issued and my bank dispute remains open.Additionally, I requested cancellation shortly after booking due to medical limitations. I was initially told the booking would be cancelled, but no cancellation was processed at that time. A separate representative later cancelled the booking and provided written confirmation.As of today, the duplicate charge remains outstanding and unresolved.Customers should carefully monitor billing statements and obtain written confirmation of any refund processing.
