I’ve travelled several times with them and cannot fault them. However my sister recently passed away and I had to cancel my cruise. It was outwith the cancellation period so they lost nothing. Luckily I had insurance. I have £500 destination refund. Whilst I gave them full detail on 11th November I’ve yet to receive this. Seems they have only certain days to process. The Insurance Company and British Airways have refunded me. Seems Crystal lack sympathy/empathy.
