If I could rate this less than 1 star, I would. I’ve had and am having an absolute nightmare with this company and will never order from here again. I ordered a ring in the Black Friday sale (30th Nov) and hadn’t got any updates regarding the shipping or when to expect the delivery. Chased this up and was told it was lost in the post and a replacement would be sent instead. I then received a delivery on 13th Dec which did not contain what I ordered. I still haven’t received the alleged replacement order either. I sent an email back to customer service to say I would like to know how to return the items I didn’t order and am still chasing for someone to get back to me. At this stage I just want my money back so I can stop wasting my time chasing customer service because no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer or understand what has happened.
