I'm really let down by this brand. I received a lovely bracelet as a gift, which broke shortly after. Dealing with the company from abroad has been frustrating, taking from February until now to sort out a replacement. I had to follow up multiple times, and they took days to respond. I was asked to return the bracelet before receiving a refund, with a promise that shipping costs would be covered. The new bracelet is being sent to someone in Ireland to bring to me, but I still haven't been reimbursed for the return shipping, despite multiple emails. Unfortunately, I won't be purchasing from them again, which is a shame as their pieces are beautiful.

Unfortunately, one discolored after a few wears, but after emailing the company, my issue was handled swiftly by a lovely representative. I received a replacement in less than a week. I'm very pleased with the customer support and highly recommend them.

All my queries were answered promptly, and once I returned the original set, my new choice was dispatched quickly, complete with an extension chain. Huge thanks to the staff for their efficient service; I can't wait to wear my new set!
